Code of Conduct

Our events are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue. Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event.

Photographs

Please note that photographs and footage may be taken throughout the event. These may be used by opera.agency for email communication, marketing and publicity, on our website and in social media. Please contact us (officeAToperaDOTagency) if you have any concerns.

Registration

We ask everyone to sign up individually, so we can have an estimate of how many people want to attend.
We will also check-in each person on Eventbrite.
Tickets are limited so be sure to register.

Data Protection

In providing your completed registration response you are giving explicit consent for us to use this data in our programme monitoring and reporting processes. The data is managed confidentially. Your data will be held and used by opera agency. Your data will only be used for opera agency communication and will always be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and therefore also in accordance with the General Data Protection Act 2018 and therefore also in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
